Darlene and Dr. Isaacson were freaking FANTASTIC. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease during a dentist appointment. They were friendly, kind, professional, genuinely interested in my comfort, and endlessly patient with all of my questions. I’ve spent a lot of time, money, pain, and anxiety on my teeth over the last several years, and I did not have on my radar the possibility that a dentist appointment could be genuinely enjoyable. Darlene proactively checked that I wasn’t paying for duplicate care because she noticed that I got x-rays recently at a different location (they were for orthodontics), and cleaned my teeth carefully with no pain (very much not the norm in my experience), explaining every step of the process. Dr. Isaacson thoughtfully took the time to explain the details of all of his measurements and procedures, gave a frank but low-pressure recommendation for some elective cleanings, and even talked to me about the cool sciencey shit behind the tools he was using. No pain from any of his work either, even with ultrasonic cleaning, working under the gum line, and a LASER. Both of them asked me about my work and hobbies and shared fun details about themselves, and they celebrated with me about some positive changes in my dental health. When did medical professionals get so cool?!? I’m so grateful for the respect that Darlene and Dr. Isaacson showed for my time and my health. They are skilled and passionate professionals and I have utmost confidence in their care and recommendations. I feel like my time and money here today were well spent - a breath of fresh air when so much about medical care feels impersonal, confusing, and draining. I’ll be coming back here for my regular dental checkups as long as I can!

The front staff is super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough with exam, and happy to answer any questions I had. They went over estimates very clearly and there were no surprises. The hygienist was very kind, and thorough. Everyone took their time with me, and I felt very comfortable. Will definitely be going back! Edit to add: I have had chronic, daily headaches for decades. Not once has a dentist (or any doctor) taken time to feel my jaw, and immediately clock the issue. The doctor paid attention, gave me options, and with the medication that was sent in I've noticed a significant change over night! Thank you!!! Actually literally life changing. I really can't thank him enough, and I wish I remembered everyone's names. If you want a dentist that does a thorough exam and takes their time with you, I highly recommend this clinic.
