This is a nice office. Dr. Issacson and their office manger Skyler are both lovely. I'm giving four stars because of their independently contracted endodontist, Dr. Otterson. He is NOT the dentist for you if you're nervous about dental treatment. He started the procedure by giving me local anesthetic without applying any numbing gel first at all which I've never seen and is painful. Once he started working he didn't ask me how I was feeling or talk to me at all. He was too busy gossiping with his assistant about his terrible brother-in-law and the rock wall he's building in his house. Once the procedure was done he left me with the assistant, who needed to seat my crown. My tooth was bleeding enough that the assistant had me bite down on some gauze to slow the bleeding enough for her to properly seat the crown. The last thing he did that was beyond unprofessional was coming into the X-Ray room to check my X-Rays while he was on a personal cell phone call with his daughter. Update: Dr. Otterson called me personally later in the same day as the appointment and apologized and explained some things that happened during my appointment. I truly appreciate him taking the time to reach out personally, he was kind on that phone call.

Blake, Darlene, and Skylar are the best staff ever at a dental office!! Expect high quality work, great value, a relaxed visit, and a modern (up to date) office! Dr. Isaacson got my wife in on a dental emergency and made sure she was taken care of (for about half the cost of another dental place). Thanks so much for everything!! Your team is the best!!

I had a cleaning done by Dr Isaacson for the first time. He's amazing! Very gentle with cleaning my teeth, very friendly, very personable and very accommodating, it makes a person comfortable and wakes you want to return for a next visit The staff are all so very nice and friendly and know what they're doing, very knowledgeable with their work, very caring, accommodating and understanding when there's a concern
